Tegema is growing fast, and in order to continue this growth and expand the Sales team, we are looking for an Account Manager. In this role you are responsible for relationship management and sales of technical projects at top companies in the Brainport region and international accounts. A small selection of our customers are: ASML, VDL, Neways, Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories, DORC and Omron.
You make an essential contribution to the growth of Tegema. In consultation with the Business Manager, you decide which customers you are responsible for and which new customers you will approach. By applying a thorough customer market analysis, you draw up your own account plans and approach (potential) customers.
At different levels, you maintain intensive contact with your customer, ensuring that you know exactly what is going on. In the process around the sale of projects you are in the lead from start to finish and you also focus on the aftercare around the customer in order to increase customer satisfaction he chance of follow-up assignments. You work together with the internal project organization. Where necessary, they provide technical support to close the deal.
As an Account Manager, you can organize and understand the goals of your accounts and Tegema. You know the account and the market your customer operates in through and through and can provide targeted solutions to complex issues that are presented to you. You feel that you can best serve both Tegema and the account and you have tact; you don’t deter potential customers by aggressive sales behavior. You are a solid personality.
Finally, you work accurately and have an eye for detail. You take your customers seriously; you stick to the agreements you make with them. With honesty you come the farthest: if Tegema doesn’t have what an account asks for, you’re not going to pretend that there are opportunities to keep him on a leash. You send them to a company, preferably one of the partners which Tegema cooperates with, who can deliver the product or service.
HBO+ level of work and thinking with a technical background;
HBO education, for example Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management;
At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in the technical work environment;
A proven track record in selling consultative / value based solutions
You are used to working in a project organization
Commercial insight and extensive experience with (cold) acquisition;
Customer-oriented, you completely position yourself into the situation of your accounts and you will intensify this relationship
Stress-resistant and able to switch quickly from one task / situation to another
Creative, innovative, initiative-rich and adequate
Communicative in Dutch and English;
Enthusiastic, open and positively minded entrepreneurial personality;
Result – and people- oriented. You get satisfaction from winning as a team!
New business development for Tegema’s various specialization and expertise areas: creating qualified leads and ensuring conversion.
Realizing the sales that contribute to our short and long term goals;
Developing accounts into satisfied and profitable customers and key accounts;
Developing trust-based relationships with customers and maintaining a network at operational and management level where you use the right colleagues to maintain contacts with all relevant people within the DMU;
Making sales reports and keeping the CRM system up-to-date.

Salary indications ranging between €3.800,- and €5.000,- depending on your knowledge and experience;
